Ingredients: 1 Ramen Noodles 3 counts of sweet mini peppers, 1 cup of spinach 1 tablespoon of curry A pinch of cumin 1 teaspoon of thyme. 1/2 medium onion 2 cubes of cilantro seasoning Directions: Boil Ramen Noodles in medium heat for 5 minutes. Add diced sweet mini peppers, onions, spinach, curry, thyme, and chopped onions. Boil for an additional 5 minutes, then add cilantro seasonings. Reduce heat to low and allow soup to cook for an additional 2 – 3 minutes. Bon Appetit!
Quinoa Salad with mixed vegetables, curried black eyed peas and sweet potato. Ingredients: 1/3 bag of frozen mixed vegetables 2 medium sized sweet potatoes 1 cup of mixed color quinoa 2 cups of black eyed peas 2 cubes of cilantro knorr seasoning 1 tablespoon of curry, 1 teaspoon of thyme and 2 tablespoon of dried cilantro Directions: 1.Boil black eyed eyes peas for 30 minutes on med- high heat. Season with knorr seasoning, curry, thyme, cilantro. 2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes, then Boil them for 20 minutes on med-high heat and set aside. 3. Microwave/ warm frozen mixed vegetables. Then set aside. 4. Boil quinoa mix for 20- 30 (based on preferred softness) minutes and then set aside. 5. Place the quinoa in a bowl, add the mixed veggies, add sweet potatoes, black eyed peas and toss. 6. Serve as desired! Bon Appetit!
The Potato Dish Ingredients: Sweet Potatoes, 2 cup of Marinara sauce, sweet mini peppers (3 green, 3 orange and 3 yellow) 1 medium onions 1/4 tablespoon of basil & Parsley 1/4 tablespoon of thyme 3 cups of baby spinach 2 tablespoon olive oil (or grapeseed oil) 4 cubes of Knorr’s cilantro seasoning 1/2 or 1 cup of fresh mint. Boiled Sweet Potato: -Peel, dice and boiled 5 or more sweet medium potatoes for 20 mins or until they soften. To make stew: -In a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or grapeseed oil on medium heat. Add 1 medium diced onions and diced sweet mini peppers, stir for 3 minutes. Then add 4 tablespoons of marinara sauce and stir for an additional 2 minutes. -Add basil, thyme, parsley, mint, spinach and stir for another 5 minute. Add 4 cubes of Knorr cilantro seasoning.
